• Sessions on Zoom are usually 60 minutes, but I allow as much time as you need.

• Please allow time after your session for your nervous system to integrate the healing.

• Whilst meeting in person is lovely, energy healing is as effective as a distance modality as it is in person (I do not practice hands-on healing).

• And, you have the added advantage of not battling traffic or weather, and afterwards you can put the kettle on, and have a nap.

• During your session, you are comfortably seated, with your eyes closed for most of the time.

• CURRENTLY: London timezone. All sessions will be online unless we are in the same place :)

• I ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations and I charge the full rate for missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice.*
