At The Risk Of Repeating Myself
*Preface. I’ve had an onslaught of friends seeking advice for themselves and their loved ones in the last couple of weeks. Some for very serious conditions. Many are prepared to make some effort, others do nothing yet keep asking me the same things, as if I’m going change my answer. So please excuse my frustration, it can be exhausting.
At The Risk Of Repeating Myself
If you have an ailment, there is little point spending your time and money on ‘nutrition’ if you’re not cleansing.Same goes for the subtle energetics of acupuncture or ayurveda. Most likely practitioners of those ancient arts will say that you have a damp spleen, or that your dosha is incompatible with salad. These old medicines need dramatic upgrades and modernising for our current conditions, genetic inheritance and lifestyles. It’s easy to overlook these things because firstly they are largely intangible (and people have poor memories) and secondly we want to fix the current symptoms quickly, but have a think about what you inherited from your parents and grandparents. Many nutritionists don’t understand cleansing any more than doctors do, because it wasn’t part of their training. But in the same way that a psychologist has a responsibility to encourage you to meditate, a nutritionist is ideally encouraging your to put some water up your bum.If you have skin problems and headaches - clean your colon. Gas, burping, acid reflex, heartburn, bloating - change your diet and clean your colon. There is no way around it.First cleanse, then you can tweak and add nutrients.I’ve got no product to sell, I’m not going to get rich with a MLM ‘world-saving’ essential oil, I just have a simple message - clean it out.It will make you a better person, I promise.Ok, rant over x #sukisays
