My work is changing, my life is changing, I am changing.

While this is true for all of us all of the time, there are chapters of our lives where seismic shifts can feel like the rug is being pulled out from under us, tectonic plates are crashing together as we grapple to find sure footing or, meteorites are imploding all that we thought was true.

This time is now.

Friends and healers worldwide share similar situations, so while it’s nice to know that I am not alone, it doesn’t necessarily ease the personal discomfort as work, relationships, and home change.

Creating space for the new up-leveled life doesn’t always feel this chaotic. And sometimes it does.
