Suki's Goddess Dressing

Being somewhat spontaneous in the kitchen, pinning down a recipe is a rare achievement for me.

I've been honing a couple for awhile now. My all time favourite commercial dressing is Annie's Goddess - so here is my homemade version, which I enjoy on pretty much everything. I'm sharing now because when I switched from mixed herbs to chives, my world shook a little. Add a little extra chives for more creamy green action. I hope you enjoy.

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 cup raw tahini

  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup tamari

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 2 tablespoon dried chives

Sweeteners optional: 1 tablespoon sweetener - maple syrup, molasses, agave, stevia etc.

________

Blend on high speed until thoroughly creamy.

Refrigerate for up to 1 week. You can make it thicker as a dip, or runnier - as you like. Use either raw tahini, or the legit Middle Eastern stuff.
