On Sunday I spent an Immersion Day with Anthony Wade aka Dr Voice. It was an intense and beautiful experience - I wish I could gift everyone such a day.

"Six days of juice and I'm beginning to have an interesting time. Even if I stopped tomorrow, this is the best thing I've done in eons.
