"I think that making chocolate has started to unleash some creativity (and some confidence). I guess it is a kind of occupational therapy - not sure but I've been more productive and positive ever since (oh, maybe its all the chocolate i'm EATING too). I think it was something about being able to make something that was always magical and out of reach and to play with the ingredients without a recipe - just going by taste, which demands that you trust your own creativity.
